By accessing or using KwataMove (“Service”), operated by Kwata Team Inc., a corporation registered in Canada (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Use of the Service

KwataMove provides software tools for moving companies. You must be 18 or older and authorized to represent your business.

2. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly in Canadian Dollars (CAD). All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST).

3. Data Privacy

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kwata Team Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
