Kwata Team Inc. (“we”) operates KwataMove and is committed to protecting the privacy of moving companies and their customers. This policy complies with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information We Collect

• Account data: Name, email, company information
• Move data: Customer names, addresses, move details
• Photos: Inventory and condition photos stored in Cloudflare R2
• SMS conversations: AI conversation logs for booking and support
• Payment data: Processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers

How We Use Information

To operate the KwataMove platform, send automated SMS communications, generate PDFs, process payments, and improve the service.

Data Retention

Move records are retained for 7 years for Canadian tax compliance purposes. You may request deletion of personal data for records no longer required for legal or compliance purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Cloudflare R2 (photo storage), and Google Maps (distance calculation). Each operates under their own privacy policies.
